    They dont say: "30% of YOUR equity"

    They say: "30% of THE EXISTING SHARE CAPITAL" ... That means, "of the company!"

    Current MC is around $30 million ... so assuming no major change, the maximum capital raised by the SPP will be $9mill-$10 mill.
