Dividend or not, cash build will keep moving the SP higher as it has in the last couple of months.... I would mind a war chest of $1bil cash build... Dividend will only deflate the SP as capital is given out, SP drops similar amount ex-divi... Real growth comes from capital growth as we seen recent months..
