Mitis - if you want to be clear read the letter to shareholders from AAF. Shareholders were entitled to the offer if they held shares at 5:00pm on the 18th (the record date). Offer docs will be sent out on 24 Aug, it closes 5:00pm on 7 Sept and shares will be issued on 15 Sept.

Some bods have been getting confused between the date the ASX quoted shares ex entitlement and the record date. I really recommend that if people are investing or considering it then take the time to read relevant announcements.
