Your spot on mate... NSW is flat broke. Actually, so is Australia ATM. Sooo, at the end of the day, regardless of what greenies / do-gooders may come up with, money speaks all languages & so long as us humans continue to consume, projects like this will continue to get shuffled through the system with big fat green ticks next to them with very few problems.
