Brokers help them raise cash to collect fees. Funds have loved MSB who can be relied on to convince retail to buy into the dump.
That this has been going on for a decade is amazing. Almost a billion dollars of capital raised and now they are at the mercy of Novartis funding them who have now gone eeerily silent.
