I’m not sure if I am reading this correctly ,
Minimum draw down $9,200,000
Subscribe for Upto 8,750,000 shares
90% of VWAP
$9,200,000 divide 8,750,000 shares = $1.05 per share average , ( or $1.15 less vwap )
Are we expecting some big announcements to facilitate these numbers ? Or has the number of shares to be awarded been incorrectly quoted ?
Interesting to note , LDA capital currently hold 8,750,000 shares ( as at 10.08.21 )
