Actually I forgot about the unused shares that were held by LDA Capital so I was incorrect there is absolutely no dilution associated with this capital raise as it occurred last year and is already reflected in the shares on issue.

This is free money. Three cheers for free money. Hip hip hooray.

To those who are new last year when BRN called on the put option they provide shares to LDA Capital sufficient to raise the nominated amount but the average share price was so strong during the relevant period that 8,750,000 shares were not sold by LDA Capital. BRN had a right to recall those shares or leave them to be sold in a further raise.

These were real shares and already sit in the shares on issue so any dilution they caused happened last year.

So no need to panic the feared dilution of the value of your holding by 0.00000135% is not going to occur. Such a relief. LOL
