The weak hands selling are those who were expecting a resumption of dividends with this announcement. This was the key thing missing, and if it had been there, the shares would be flying now.
I have a mid-80's valuation based on the FY21 results and FY22 guidance - I suspect it is only a matter of time before we see broker reports come out with materially higher valuations on SWM (plus institutional analysts doing similar number crunching in-house) and the stock will start to respond.
