Looking at the market reaction this morning , It seems that a few investors think that LDA are going to sell these 8,750,000 shares into the market within the next 10 trading days , I however think differently . LDA Capital understand that the Akida device is only weeks away from being released , LDA will also have enough money on hand to pay for this instalment without the need to sell any of the shares . For example , if they keep the entire amount of 8,750,000 shares and the average price is 0.525 vwap adjusted over the next 10 trading days , the outlay will only be $4,593,000 . A far better return will be had on 8,750,000 shares after expected positive news flow in September .

Was this mornings selling conducted by professional institutional investors or retail investors ? , either way LDA Capital will appreciate the reduction in price , as will the pip traders and some shorters .

This raises a second point , the estimated $4,593,000 will not satisfy the minimum $9,200,000 requirement , thus meaning another Put option agreement will be required before the 22nd of October 2021 . With the minimum estimated value based upon the above example , an amount remaining outstanding of $4,606,250 to satisfy the contractual requirements will need to be addressed . I expect this to be announced after positive news flow , further reducing dilution . We may also see the company seek additional funds well above the minimum , again for expansion and growth .
