Definetly agree with you observation and conclusion there @Malown1 That Japanese character is fastened to the factory's structural column not part of the coating line. Not only a different shade of green but the structural girt adjacent supports the factory wall panel. Elsewhere, there are also Japanese characters over the emergency stop buttons and coating equipment.
