Well i dont know but i do know this much, 2 reasons that come instantly to my mind are if you have the money squeeze, perhaps andrej is dealing with a reticient circle of, the other one is its often in the timing and timing has its vagaries so andrej cant always nail it down, lastly your correct its getting to the long end, but the time frame is not excessive yet, its only your perception its overdue, in the real world it could still stretch a year or two without raising to many eyebrows
