    BOE did have recovery problems.

    Thing is, like for PEN re pregnant solution grade 4 v's 4.5 g/t (ppm) target, the price of U determines profitability e.g. something not economic at 25/lb is very profitable at 40/lb.

    And yes mines are sticky upwards i.e. they wont bring on the mines till they are sure the U price will stay up at a profitable price of a significant period. That's certainly the case with the Cameco re- start.

    All IMVHO.
