All,
When analysts don't want to be named they are expecting egg on their face for being very very wrong ( eg as per CDU ) and you have to wonder about the real agenda and bona fides of such claims.
Having said that losing tenants is normal in a downturn and will happen but don't forget the empty spaces are being also being filled with new clients ( strangely not mentioned by the analyst... ) and our last quarterly report showed that vacancies were not up much in the first place at all.
Volumes and price rises suggest CER and CNP will both see 25 cents within week(s) rather than a years time as players jostle to get into the register. We can look forward to rejoining the ASX200 wich will only hasten the rise in volumes and pricing which may be behind the action we are seeing now anyway.
Seems that the institutions and the analysts have been a it slow this time around; suits me.
