MP's 2022 separation plant is pilot. Shenghe is not the exclusive buyer. MP may face the pressure to separating it within USA due to political and national security reason . ATM MP's market share is 15%, around 40k ton REO equivalent . Will MP can separate it by itself by 2023? Is it possible for Lynas to buy concentrates from MP and process it in Texas in 2023 and later on?

Not sure DOD's benchmark is current demand or future one.
