In life when people start by encouraging you to take something, then incentivise you to take it, then make jokes that you didnt take it, then penalise you for not taking it, then threaten you for not taking it, then blame you because you didnt take it and then finally segregate you for not taking it, I can assure you "whatever it is" is not in your best interests.
