So many ways to look at this:
1) Positive that they are fighting to be involved in the company, if it had shit assets or connections why would you fight to take control?
2) Negative- this will cause delays potentially and cost money; Volpe would know this so the Asset may be worth the trouble
3) Volpe drove the share price down but it was also driven by external factors so is he really to blame, could he bring it back to the higher evaluations? Is his goals or motivations aligned to Botswanna to get the ball rolling, will a fresh face drive motivation and results?
4) Both people in question are on the share register, Volpe has more from memory so will he have stronger motivations to drive up share price.

A lot of questions but one thing would have to be certain that the asset or the information Volpe is fighting to have control of is worth it. Why was Honeywell on Tyson's stock forum group, that's a bit strange. I don't really care who controls it but my money would be safer in Volpes hands only for the reason that he has more at stake and is motivated to take it from someone so he must know something more than we do and is positive/bullish on it
