I'd want more than that personally as I think at some point down the track $10.00 is not out of the question once PLS was integrated into downstream processing.
In fact in the longer term, and if a few things fall in PLS's favour my dream price isn't totally out of the question, that is why I think $4.00 is a little light on.
I do get the whole "bird in the hand is better than two in the bush" scenario
Just my opinion.
