I like where things are heading - but I don't think the market will react well to the technical issues in the 2nd platform lot, even though they could switch the cells in the arrays.
An order of magnitude faster read speed on the third non-platform lot - that must make the read speed as fast as DRAM?
Can fab this in DRAM and NAND factories - excellent.
This is being lined up to be a DRAM replacement, but in the short term it's back for another crack in the fab.
