It won't be at a premium since the stock price has been below 20cents since February.
Just my guess.
Obviously the last two weeks has momentum moving north.
I would guess the CR is somewhere in the low 20s. Get a few million bucks which is needed to finish the drilling and have the within 4months (end of year is close now).
Business as normal. Good to get the CR done and then it's nothing but assays results from here until Christmas.
Plus Ecuador surely will be in the pipeline now
