BL said Authier will become small scale.1,000 a day. ( I suppose 1,000 tons a day)
No environmental issue.
The juicy bit the Quebec operation will become World Scale within 18 months. Meaning by Feb 2023.
I still believe earlier than that. Reason: The US wants to fast track the EV. IMO.
