Well mate, i am truly hopeful you are right, and no doubt we shall see in the next month or so.
I did say myself 6 months ago, that it was a sweet proposition for the cashed up and experienced in all facets neighbor. However they keep saying - Nothing doing...
Things can and do change quickly, lets keep our fingers crossed hey. To me, somethings, somewhere are just not adding up. I imagined once the MR was announced , suitors would have been sneaking about, particularly at the current Market value, so now once the DFS drops we will know either way i assume. It will be "mud on the face" or "I was right" time for a lot of people.
