I asked the company about whether the recent take ups on the rights issue were on margin at all. They could confirm that neither mulpha or Peter Brown were on margin, not sure about others but did not see them as being large enough to be of interest to market.
They don't have a policy regarding directors having holdings on loan at present but may implement one in the future if they think its required.
Good luck to holders, my intent before was not to try and unsettle people, perhaps it would have been best if i'd asked the company directly instead of asking here.
