And the closer the cost is to NAND, then the more likely we have a Universal Memory.

NAND DRAM 4DS 1 Endurance 105 1015 107 Hopefully to the 12th power now, if not the 15th and beyond! 2 Speed 100 microsecond range 10-100 nanosecond range 10-100 nanosecond range 3 Retention 10+ years 60 milliseconds 10+ years 4 Cost to produce 10-20 cents per Gb 5-15 dollars per Gb ???????????????
