It's clearly not a "tight" reservoir because it flowed in excess of 5 MMscfd which is a flow rate many companies would kill for.
But it pretty clearly is a tighter reservoir than any of the others drilled to date. 10% porosity is generally not going to give you barnstorming results and permeability tends to fall off exponentially (or worse) with falling porosity.
The most likely explanation is the result is due to both formation damage and tighter reservoir which as I said above tend to be related - you are more likely to have more severe formation damage in tighter rock. I think if they are able to clean up the formation damage a bit this well is still potentially capable of 10+ Mmscfd.
