    Those hoping to get their full SPP allocation will be disappointed. As outlined earlier by others, Brett said it was way oversubscribed and they are increasing it, but are wary of going too far over leading to heavier dilution. Therefore, probably a given you'll only get XX% of what you applied for, but the good news is you can use the money you get back to buy on market once we figure out where the support level will be post SPP
