I might contact the company later and ask what the escrow period is for the credit facility they just executed. Because the shares are issued at a discount to the market price, the creditor could be arbitraging. This means the share price will go down from here on. I doubt Maoming can inject another $10m to offset Yorkville without breaching the 14.9% FIRB limit. I will let you know if i hear anything back.
