in the current market JB should launch a 1 for 1 unconditional all script bid for PDN - that puts about a 40% premium on PDN which is about the going rate for a takeover
I believe in the current market he would be successful in picking up some PDN shares
PDN will trade at a premium whist the bids out there in the market and then when PDN management recommends shareholders do nothing or to reject the bid - he simply withdraws the bid and PDN shareprice will collapse back down to around current levels
