Cant believe some of you cannot see it.

This is how it goes from here. The company goes into voluntary liquidation. The liquidators try and sell off what they can to give the secured creditors back what they can. You can bet your bottom dollar Mal Clay is on that secured creditors list. The liquidators get nicely rewarded for their efforts as well.

So what can be sold off? The IP of ZYL? But wait, part of the loan arrangement was a right to ownership over the IP if the loan could not be repaid.

Voila Mr Clay has what he was always after. So why did he buy shares, why did he offer a loan? Think about it. He wanted the IP. How much would it have cost him to takeover Zyl to attain that IP? Alot more than making some token share purchases to make it look like he has his fellow shareholders at heart.

Make you wonder now why the brains behind this didnt waqnt to become a director of ZYL? Arms length shoud satisfy the regulators.

This is just an opinion, but I think you've been fleeced. There should be an investigation but that toothless Tiger wont go anywhere near this.

ZYL aint coming back. Put it down as a loss and an experience Im afraid.
