2. Keep on attracting and retain top talent (like Prof. Jeff Dahn)
3. Keep on hitting every single strategic milestone.
4. Keep on closing strategic deals like the one with Phillips66 without financial advisors/brokers -- saving the company US$11m in transaction cost.
and I am not having any problem to see our CEO be rewarded handsomely.
