I doubt that figure personally but I do agree about cash and have a bit .
She who must be obeyed has decreed that I keep cash after I got caught ,(actually partly going back in far too early) , after the GFC .
The Yin to my Yang , bless her .
We both know the plot , everything goes pear shaped for a while and then if you time it right going back in bargains abound .
But who knows when ?
So we prepare for VARIOUS situations and stay nimble .
