@Aceboy The constant reference to the dataroom was good, would seem an announcement is imminent on the selldown of Pluto. Any sell-down plus the new liquidity position would put the combined company in a good stead.
No response really on the disposal/rehabilitation costs which I would have thought there would of at least been and... "the transaction increases our rehabilitation allowance on balance sheet by xxx%"... This would be known, as part of the due diligence, so my feeling is that it is clearly higher than a 50% increase - brokers not particularly happy with this response. But it is early days.
Time will tell.
