Here's the data since the extension was announced:



It's the usual buyers (Jefferies & CLSA) plus BTIG has been adding quite a few. At least 1M of the Pershing sales would be from the recent 1M options exercised but not sure if Fosters/Cranport have been selling their shares or if the long-term Foster clients have taken a few chips off the table. Since Fosters exercised options I will assume they have sold the 1,572,314 shares but may still be holding the Cranport shares as they tend to hold their longer-term investments in this entity.
