Ah yea, for some reason i thought 'housing' was referring to 'inventory' rather than 'biological assets', but it guess its referring to both.
On a related note, they did also mention they had finished upgrading to the sanctuary pens, i assume that would have been under previous 'maintenance capex', so it could reduce a bit from that aspect.
