Ann: IHL files Form F-1 registration statement with SEC, page-19

Any body invested in companies with dual listings?? or at least been involved at the time of listing.

Would love to know what we might expect to see on the Share Price.. I imagine the inflow of capital from big US players will drive up the demand of IHL, long term though what does this mean for Aust. Share Holders.

Also does this by any way put us in a better pos with FDA, given that they are now going to be a US listed company?
