that explains it all. I must have missed the correction because it was embedded in another announcement.
Looking forward to the details on the merger. The current TGG price seems to have a discount on the merger proposal when you consider the options. The options seem to be the bait for people to accept the WGB shares instead of the cash. They are trading at about 12 cents today which is a significant bonus, even if the time value diminishes by the time of exchange. It will be interesting when they publish the details.
