I think he's being quite conservative actually, to put some 'actual' technical analysis to it.
We know that from its last high 82cents in April, it has then dropped down to a low of 20cents at the end of July.
That's a 62cent drop off the following announcements:
- Meh quarterly in April (Neutral, negative at worse)
- MYP1 partnership announcement (positive)
- Razer partnership announcement (positive)
- Strong quarterly in July (Positive, initially neutral by market)
so IOU dropped 62 cents off overall positive announcements.
Then we have this 'negative' announcement, so from that recent history we can assume that the share price will drop by at least the same amount.
So in conclusion, I would be very surprised if IOU is trading at anywhere above -35cents in the short term after dropping by at least 62 cents.
Basically no way I can be wrong right?
