im confused as to why cap raise for pcam , however seems pcam no longer required.
only thing I can think is that lg back doored whoever they were looking to do pcam for. Especially considering the speed of announcement, eg no trading halt.
it’s all good news however I think we need some clarification from AUZ. I’m sure AUZ management reading this so can I ask that you provide a update of company direction, besides progressing finance.
LG will in my opinion buy in to AUZ, and assist funding from Korean govt, Auz govt, naïf, critical minerals fund. lots of money in pool.
what are your thoughts?
