I'm more interested into why mention that Hgst wanted the results of last batch and quote the ref details on the agreement. I can't believe that over the 8 years or so that it's the first time that they have requested such results. Also the bit about being on budget . What budget is this is it the one that we have enough funds on hand to complete the Corporate transaction and that no further CR will occur..
