I guess we are observing some sort of psychological / irrational trading as almost every other shopping centre stock has gone up on FY21 positive earnings + increased assets valuation, which should also be the case for SCG. However, SCG price is actually being suppressed by the current widespread lockdowns that cannot have any impact on the prevous year earning results. So my point is that we wait and see if a good report outweighs the curent negative sentiment for SCG as it did for the other mall stocks.
