I don't care if the FFund sold 600m or whatever - at least they found buyers for all of them at $3.47.
If I had $50k sitting around in a term deposit at 4%, why not sit in TLS at 11% comparable yield? Buy TLS today and get 28c + franking within 8 months.
Government cannot get NBN across the line without TLS involvement. NOT A CHANCE.
Therefore there is a very good chance that TLS will be higher than $3.50 sometime in the next 12 months.
