I've done extensive research in pain assessment and can't see how, can you? All infant facial expression and movement are consciously subjective, same as when a person is delirious which are both very different to dementia patient. If you were testing it in procedural use then Painface will be able to detect pain for PPA end point (otherwise the technology isn't just limited but a real concern if it can't even do this) but not sure how you can detect NPA due to the subjectivity of the subject's facial expression and movement.
