I'm not sure what's so negative in today's ann. If they want to expand the production they will have to invest.
I thought they will increse the production to 100kt/y with very very small investment and start making $ and expend in the future.
Even if they expand now to 120kt/y for the extra $45m I'm not sure what's the problem.
$20m will be from our friends and the rest from sales right? Perhaps a loan but I do not see CR do you? Thanks
