Outsider, tell me more about a Legal Challenge as litigation funding in the past has been rewarding. What claim are you refering to as i couldnt find any issue disclosed in the June Quarterly Report. I am guessing GR is a reference to Gilded Rose, so are you the current buyer ? If you are in default it is always best to try and negotiate new terms early, litigation costs are horrendous and take years. Currently courts are now booked out until early 2023 with Covid delays.

Try to be positive as there are new opportunities every new day, you just have to see them.
