It’s a stunning example of vendor lock-in, Nuix is selling software licenses to the very agencies currently investigating its affairs.
If Nuix’s competitors had hoped the whiff of scandal surrounding the former glamour stock would help them get a look-in from Nuix’s government clients, they must be sorely disappointed.
In a stunning example of vendor lock-in, the federal government’s AusTender database shows no less than $5.5 million in contracts from government agencies awarded this year to the tarnished tech star.
