I feel like this is a great point... "It's a hurdle they need to cross but its a huge hurdle because they are trying to sell off part of a division for nearly the market cap of the entire company" - why invest in Spacelink or a seperate vehicle when you could arguably buy all of EOS and get all of Spacelink?
