Regards your comment " transferring the over 1B share from the Australian market to the US market ?"
We won't be leaving the ASX, IHL and all of our shares will remain. What they intend to do is dual list the shares, instead of US investors for instance having the hassle of creating a new account where they can buy IHL, or have to deal with foreign exchange etc they can just buy 1 x IXHL security on the NASDAQ and that has the effect of purchasing 50 X ASX IHL Shares.
This is intended to a facilitate more convenient access to a broader and perhaps more sophisticated and larger market of investors as a result of the Board of Directors having received numerous request from potential overseas investors.
This process is not uncommon and there are numerous Australian Companies using this same concept
He commented on his knowledge of Roth Capital who have been appointed as the book-runner for this listing of the securities. and how he was impressed with Roth and their past dealings with ASX Companies LKE and PLL.
