My statement does not say there are only real estate stocks that are in that class. There are plenty of others. I hold many undervalued stocks that are still specs. A few examples are;
BUL,BLG,ADI,EKA,LYC,OZL,MCR,TAS,TEY,EDE,GER,GRK,

From all of which I expect great things to arise.

But this is a forum discussing VPG so I directed the matter at VPG and specifically for investors in VPG itself rather that to traders using VPG stock as casino chips.
