This is very important as brokers etc investing other people’s money are required to do DD also. Knowingly buying or holding a stock with risks to being a going concern or high risk due to regulatory concerns or oversight compliance and then loosing money would open them up to court action.
Important words in that quote from UBS, if it satisfies other investors concerns to re enter is another issue.
Sooner or later though the big money will re enter, pushing the price up.
I always though there was a low risk of losing the license.
