Unfortunately, this statement could mean anything.

Scenario 1
Do Noxopharm have external consultants that they can call on at short notice to help interpret the findings for NOXCOVID? Remember, they had a lot of data to be analysed and the results of such analysis can be quite complex. However, if they did not organise this before hand then it's going to be difficult to source expert consultants at short notice, unless it's people who had prior notice and that they're already connected with.

Scenario 2
Assuming the results are positive, NOX could be seeking external advice from a broker about a capital raise for further clinical trials. If this is the case, then I would expect NOX shares to go into a voluntary suspension on Monday. I'm not sure, but I don't think NOX's current cash reserves contain funds for NOXCOVID2.

Scenario 3
They could be using this time to write a PR response that intends to hide poor results. This is highly unlikely in my opinion.
