    Below $51 is $44
    Swing higher it has furthest to travel to $79
    If permit is passed and lots of positive news I would expect this move to happen eventually.
    The bad thing about living below $50 is lots of the people who leave won't trust or look at it again.
    Any news can eradicate any situation though.
    At worst $41-44
